Brenda Culpepper is the host of “Breakfast with Brenda,” a web series with her daughter Casey. She shares her perspective and words of wisdom about many current topics. Brenda is a Christian educator who trains ministry leaders through her school, the Prophets Portion School of Ministry. Her curriculums have been used by churches through
Brenda Culpepper is the host of “Breakfast with Brenda,” a web series with her daughter Casey. She shares her perspective and words of wisdom about many current topics. Brenda is a Christian educator who trains ministry leaders through her school, the Prophets Portion School of Ministry. Her curriculums have been used by churches throughout the country. She is also a program developer for non- profit organizations. These programs emphasize the barriers to education and employment in youth. Brenda’s signature program, “Young ParentsSpeak,” garnered many awards and accolades. Adolescent parents were taught Toastmasters speaking skills and spoke to their peers about the challenges of being a teen parent.
Brenda’s “Happy for No Reason” certification rounds out her empathic nature by encouraging people to find their purpose and understand how to be happy for no reason.
Brenda is a sought-after speaker, coach, and mentor. She is the recipient of many awards and accolades including, the SBA Welfare to Work Entrepreneur of the Year, CT Post Woman of the Year, and the 25 Most Influential Women in Business Award. She holds the keys to 3 U.S. cities.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Marketing from American Intercontinental University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and MBA in Leadership. She is a Doctoral of Religious Studies candidate in Leadership and Conflict Management (Summa) from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburgh, IN.
Brenda is married to Irvin, her husband of 40 years, has three adult children, and grows orchids as a hobby.

Shari Culpepper is an experienced publicist having worked for several agencies and most recently broadcast news. She is an avid traveler having visited over two dozen foreign countries. The “baby” of the family, Shari is extremely close to her mother (both parents, really) and was happy to contribute her thoughts to the book whenever needed. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her dog Chili.
